The Apple River is NOT recommended for families & young children on Thursday - Sunday & holidays. Please visit us on Monday- Wednesday.  Life jackets are not provided. We recommended you bring your own for children & non-swimmers. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUND OR ON THE APPLE RIVER! NO GLASS, STYROFOAM OR KEG BEER ON THE RIVER!
